Here's a short horror film inspired by the plot of 'Room 304'.
Ouch. Video had me cracking up all the way through, though.
- The Ass Man Himself.
Hey there, fellow Newgrounders! (And posers..)
I just checked up on my 2010 game, "Silent Hill: Room 304", only to find out that it has (almost) reached 60.000views/plays!! To think that the game I once created on my small 13-inch MacBook has now been played by the amount of people is genuinely mindblowing. Lately, I've also been finding more and more playthroughs & walkthroughs of the game on Youtube - some with hillarious narration, others with players way too young, and even one in...japanese? Nonetheless, very entertaining stuff (I'll never get tired of seeing/hearing people scream in sheer terror). Keep those videos coming!
As for the future, I definitely feel very inspired by the response from you guys. Not gonna lie, I've been throwing some ideas around lately and I think i might have something for you..when I complete it in 2-3 years, that is.. (;
Anyhow, loving the feedback. Reading every single comment. Good stuff.
Be seeing you!
My Silent Hill flash game has now reached an impressive 30.000 views!
Thanks to everyone who has played it and for all the positive feedback!
BTW, stay tuned for an upcoming update about a new project I'm working on...
After 5 months of hard work, Silent Hill Room 304 is finally here!
I hope you guys will like it!
Special thanks to:
AlexGameGuardian (for being such a loyal follower throughout the entire project)
Bell45 (for once again providing his excellent voice acting)
QueenOfHearts (for delivering an amazing performance)
EyesAdrift & PeePain (for testing out the game!)
Lately, my days have consisted of nothing but
Working on my flash-game, "Silent Hill: Room 304", that is...
Luckily, it has paid off! The game has evolved into something, that I myself am VERY proud of, and therefore I can't wait to show it to you guys!
Just not yet! But soon!
Be patient... :)
To end this post, here's a screenshot from the game!
The Silent Hill woods are not a nice place...
First of all, I have changed the game title from "Silent Hill: The Door", to:
SILENT HILL: ROOM 304
Game is turning out amazing (very proud of it!), but don't expect it to come out anytime soon. It takes a lot of hard work to create a believeable atmosphere and enjoyable gameplay, so I'm still fixing things here and there.
Oh, and here's a new screenshot for all of you:
Button.prototype.tabEnabled = false;
Tab has now been disabled. That means no cheating when looking for hidden keys :D
More updates + screenshots coming soon!
